Thank you for choosing Velmora. We strive to provide the most reliable and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or major national holidays unless otherwise specified.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery options:

3. 365-Day Delivery Service
We are proud to offer Everyday Delivery. Our logistics partners operate 365 days a year, including:

Major Festivals (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, etc.)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery.

COD Surcharge: A non-refundable fee of ₹50 is applied to all COD orders to cover additional handling costs.

The total amount including the fee will be clearly shown on the final checkout screen.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse.

Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package again.
7. Damages, Returns & Lost Packages
Velmora is committed to product quality. While we use trusted carriers, if your order arrives damaged:

Reporting: Please contact our support team at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: To process a claim, we require an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Velmora only ships to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
